About Our Client
Our Client is a reputable market leader in the Engineering space and they have continuously achieved strong business performance alongside their growing presence in South East Asia. With the increasing market demand and their expanding business, there is now an exciting opportunity for a proactive and promising professional to lead the Human Resource Team in the capacity as a HR Manager.
Reporting to the Regional HR Director, you will work closely with him in the development and implementation of HR strategy for manpower planning, employment regulatory compliance, compensation and benefits review and to assist with the execution of business expansion plans in the region. You will be responsible to lead the HR Team in the full spectrum of HR activities, including talent development, employee engagement, recruitment, training and payroll management.
The Successful Applicant
Ideally, you are Diploma/ Degree qualified in Business Management or HRM, with at least 5-7 years post-graduation experience, gained in a multinational environment. To be highly successful in this role, you should be a dynamic individual that has demonstrated a track record in working well as a team player, possess the mental agility to analyse problems, have the creativity to suggest improvements and the flexibility to adapt to change.
