About Our Client

Reporting to the HR Director for Asia Pacific, your role is to implement and drive the HR strategies, policies and procedures across the organization. You will have responsibility for the full spectrum of HR projects, designing long term HR strategies and provide practical solutions to meet business goals. You will also own, drive, design and deliver HR projects impacting managers, employees or stakeholders. Leading a small team of 2 HR business partners, you will have responsibility for the day to day management of HR, including reviewing performance objectives on a regular basis. Key to your success will be your ability to engage the senior leaders while also be highly structured in HR operational matters.
The Successful Applicant
You are a degree qualified HR professional, with at least 7 years of full-spectrum experience in a solid MNC, ideally leading a small team. You should have strong academics and possess highly developed interpersonal skills and the ability to learn while doing. The ideal candidate is a team-player, able to think out of the box and get the job done. You should also be able to influence and engage across the different business units.
