About Our Client
One of the strongest market leaders in the Technology Industry, they have established themselves as an innovative organisation presence in over 40 countries and with more than 20,000 employees worldwide. As part of its ongoing commitment to expand the business in Asia, they are now looking for a driven and independent HR professional with strong operational and business partnering experience.
Reporting to the Head of HR, you will lead a small team as a HR Business Partner to one of their Singapore business unit with over 100 headcount. Given the strong growth targets for the business, you will work closely with the business stakeholders in providing strategic HR support, aligned to business objectives. You will drive change management, resource planning and set directions across all aspects of human capital matters, while ensuring employment regulatory compliance. Key to your success will be your ability to engage with senior leaders on a strategic level whilst retaining the oversight role on HR operational matters.
The Successful Applicant
The ideally candidate should have at least 8 years of experience as a HR generalist or business partner, with several years as a people manager. You should be an independent and ambitious individual with the vision to build a strong HR team to allow for personal growth to expand beyond a HR scope in the future.
