HR Manager - Japanese Retail Firm
About Our Client
Our Client is a well-established brand in the retail industry. As part of its ongoing commitment to expand the business, there is now an opportunity for an enthusiastic and committed HR professional to join the team in Singapore as the HR Manager.
You will supporting the General Manager in managing the full spectrum of HR duties which includes end to end recruitment, performance management, payroll, staff welfare and benefits. You will also assist in reviewing HR policies and procedures, implement key corporate initiatives, manage ad hoc HR projects.
The Successful Applicant
You are a Degree qualified individual with at least 7 years of HR experience in a reputable group, preferably with supervisory experience. A culturally sensitive and mature individual, you should demonstrate a strong track record in being a strong leader (proactive and leading by the front) with the ability to influence and drive changes and to work with senior management. Proficiency with Sage EasyPay will be highly desired.
