About Our Client

Due to continuing business needs, an opportunity now exists for a HR Manager to join their team.
Reporting to the HR Director, you will work closely with Corporate and Regional Business Leaders in the development and implementation of HR strategy for manpower planning, employment regulatory compliance, compensation and benefits review and to assist with the execution of business expansion plans globally. You will be responsible to lead the HR Team in the full spectrum of HR activities, including talent development, employee engagement, recruitment, training and payroll management. You will continuous drive best practices and harmonisation of HR process workflow.
The Successful Applicant
You have ideally at least 7 years full spectrum HR experience in a regional or global capacity. To be highly successful in this role, you should be a dynamic individual that has demonstrated a track record in working well in a multi-cultured set up, possess the mental agility to analyse problems, have the creativity to suggest improvements and the flexibility to adapt to change. You are dynamic, hands on and a self-starter who is comfortable being hands on yet maintaining a strategic mind view.
