About Our Client
Our client is a leading firm within the entertainment and hospitality space. With strong financial backings and strategic plans to expand their business, they are looking to grow their presence in the region. With over 7 BUs under its wings, they are looking for a mature and enterprising Senior Human Resource Manager to lead the team. The potential candidate can look forward to a passionate work place that allows you to further your operational and business partnering skill sets.
Reporting directly to the CEO of the entity, you will be leading a team of 14 HR professionals and be tasked in managing a total headcount of approximately 1,000 people. This position requires the individual to be more strategic in their approach towards the plant and its stakeholders in terms of driving across HR policies, employee engagement activities and change management.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate should come with a minimum of 7 years of HR experience, equipped with a degree in Human Resources or its equivalence. They are looking for someone who possesses strong interpersonal skills and is able to deal with different levels of stakeholders with the ability to be hands-on at the same time. The candidate should have the ability to be hands-on while at the same time to look at things at a strategic level to ensure the human capital success of the organisation.
