About Our Client
Our client is a leading European player in the private banking sector with a global footprint, delivering strong performance despite the tougher market conditions. With their expansion in this region, they are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to be a new addition to their team.
Reporting to the Head of HR, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient and effective execution of the full spectrum of HR function for their Singapore workforce. Managing the end to end employee life cycle activities, you will drive recruitment, employee onboarding, employee records maintenance, payroll and benefits administration, HRIS management, monthly reporting and MOM regulatory compliance. Additionally, you will assist in driving and delivering ad hoc HR related projects.
The Successful Applicant
You should ideally be Degree qualified with at least 5 years of experience in a generalist function within the private bank or medium sized bank set up. You should be a personable and versatile HR professional with highly developed interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders of different levels and comfortable beings hands on too.
