About Our Client
Our client is one of the world's leading engineering firm with over 20,000 employees worldwide. Heralded from Europe, they come with over 90 years of history behind them where they have since grown leaps and bounds. With a diverse business under its wings, they are currently recording a year on year revenue of 5 billion dollars. They are currently partnering with me to look for a HR generalist to be part of their team, to take charge and be part of their harmonisation process across the region.
Reporting to the HR Director based in Singapore, you will be supporting her in both the local and regional business units on HR activities. You will be responsible for full spectrum of HR activities, including performance management coordination, monthly reporting, benefits administration and MOM regulatory compliance. You will assist in driving and delivering HR projects that impact the organisation. Your scope of work will cover Singapore and other countries in the regional especially in the planning and implementation of regional HR initiatives. On top of that, you will be heavily involved in HRIS maintenance and implementation.
The Successful Applicant
The successful applicant should ideally possess:
- Diploma / Degree Qualified in a relevant discipline
- At least 5 years of experience within the HR Generalist scope of work
- Technical recruitment experience within the engineering space
- Strong HRIS experience, super users will be highly ideal
- Regional exposure would be a plus
- Mature and independent character with the flexibility to adapt to changes
