About Our Client
A global manufacturer, they have grown their business steadily, edging themselves in introducing the best products and services to the market. As part of their growing efforts, they have now an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to join their team as a HR Generalist.
Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient and effective execution of the full spectrum of HR function for their Singapore workforce. You will work closely with the Shared Services and Centre of Excellence teams to deliver the full employee life cycle activities like on-boarding and off-boarding, employee records maintenance, payroll and benefits administration, training and performance management, wellness and welfare. You will play an active role in employee engagement, managing grievances and disciplinary issues, and drive employee satisfaction and retention. You will also initiate continuous improvements to HR operational workflow to improve efficiency and productivity and provide necessary human capital insights to the business stakeholders.
The Successful Applicant
You are ideally qualified with a Bachelor's Degree with at least 5 years of steady track as a HR generalist and business partner to a manufacturing workforce. You should be a personable and versatile HR professional with highly developed interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders of different levels. To be highly successful in this role, you should possess high aptitude and a strong positive learning attitude.
