About Our Client
Our client is a highly reputable market leader in the services industry. With their open-minded approach to innovation, they have been expanding aggressively and hire the best talent in the market. As part of their expansion and succession planning, there is now an opportunity to lead an engaging HR team as a HR Director.
Report directly to the Singapore CEO, you will be a strategic business partner who contributes to business planning and strategic discussions by advising on all aspects of human resource. You will be in a strategic role where you will lead the HR function and provide leadership in developing and driving HR strategies in line with business goals to meet the organisation's future plans. Leading a team, you will be responsible for the full spectrum of HR across the organization, covering talent and leadership development, human capital matters and change management. The role will also require constant engagement with partners, managers and service staff to create new strategic decisions which further value add to the organization.
The Successful Applicant
You are a Degree qualified individual with at least 10 years of HR experience in a reputable MNC, preferably in Services Industries with a strong track record in establishing HR strategies in an organization, whilst maintaining the willingness to be more hands-on as required. You are a culturally sensitive and mature individual and have demonstrated the ability to build, foster and maintain relationships at senior levels in order to drive changes. You are an individual who seek to make an impact in the organization.
