About Our Client
Global Banking & Financial Services leader, with a solid brand name and presence in over 35 countries world-wide. Due to internal restructuring, there is a newly created opportunity for an ambitious and influencing HR Business Partner to join the Singapore team.
In this newly created role, you will report to the VP of Human Resources and you will be the key asset in maintaining and building effective relationships with internal as well as external key stakeholders. In this full-spectrum role, you will provide operational support and guidance on organizational change management, employee relations, performance management, employee development and succession planning matters. Partnering senior management, you will contribute to the roll-out of HR projects and initiatives through research, project work and where appropriate the delivery of new or improved services ensuring individual contribution or delivery of project to plan, time, budget and agreed requirements. You will also be supporting managers throughout in the effective management of their people, providing advice and guidance on HR processes, good work practice and the handling of "sensitive" or difficult situations. Among your key responsibilities, you will also partner with the HR infrastructure team in Asia to ensure the local and corporate wide compensation and benefit programs are implemented and communicated to employees.
The Successful Applicant
You are a degree qualified professional with at least 5 years of experience in an HR generalist environment within the global financial services sector. You should possess proven influencing and negotiation skills, being able to work independently and handle multiple tasks concurrently.
