About Our Client

They have continuously achieved strong business performance alongside their growing presence in Asia. Due to succession planning needs, there is now an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and driven HR practitioner to join the Human Resource Team in the capacity as a HR Business Partner.
Reporting to the HR Director, you will work closely with him to cultivate business strategy into achievable HR objectives, translate resourcing needs into recruitment plans and assist with the execution in a professional, timely and cost-effective fashion. You will be responsible for full spectrum of HR activities, including Employee Engagement, Compensation & Benefits, Talent Acquisition & Development and HR operations.
The Successful Applicant
We are looking for someone with in-depth knowledge across all HR disciplines. You should be Degree qualified in Business Management or HRM, with at least 8 years post-graduation experience, gained in a multinational environment. To be highly successful in this role, you should possess excellent interpersonal skills, mental agility to influence senior stake holders. You need to have an engaging personality capable of being the ambassador for the organisation and to represent HR to Business Leaders with a consultative approach.
