About Our Client
Our client has a strong global footprint in the medical devices space with up to 8,000 employees world wide. They are looking for a qualified Assistant HR Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated and independent possessing a strong knowledge of the HR processes.
Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be supporting her on the day to day HR operations. You will be responsible for several sites and regions in the areas of recruitment, employee relations and welfare and benefits administration. You will also assist in the administration of performance appraisals, yearly wage reviews and liaise with payroll vendors. You will play a key role in driving employee engagement and recreation activities and also be involved in the HR audits and ad hoc regional hr related projects.
The Successful Applicant
Ideally, you should have a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or HRM, with at least 8 years of relevant experience, gained in a multinational. You should be a personable and versatile HR professional with highly developed interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders of different levels. Proficiency with SAP and hands on payroll processes will be highly desired. To be highly successful in this role, you should possess high aptitude and a strong positive learning attitude.
