About Our Client
Our client is a renowned leader within the e-commerce space with presence across Asia. With it expansive growth over the last few years, currently they have over 3000 employees in Asia. With strong financial backing from a global conglomerate, they are looking to expand their team in Singapore. Partnering with us, they are now looking for an enterprising individual to manage their staffing initiative.
Reporting directly to the Senior Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for the Talent Management initiatives for the region, working closely with key stakeholders in the region to drive strategic performance management, employer branding and designing long term recruitment strategies. You should have the experience and maturity to lead a team of Talent Acquisition professionals across the region in motivating them to achieve the recruiting objectives of the organisation. Key to your success will be your ability to excel in a fast paced and fluid environment.
The Successful Applicant
Ideally, you should have at least 4 years of experience in recruitment gained from an Agency or Corporate environment. You should be a robust, adaptable and versatile HR professional with highly developed interpersonal skills and be able to work in a fast paced and ever changing environment. To be highly successful in this role, you should possess strong leadership abilities, excellent business acumen and negotiation skills to lead, influence and engage with the business leaders from across the globe. Candidates from reputable universities will be ideal.
