About Our Client
Our client is an MNC operating globally. They are known by their innovative products that support the transportation of goods/raw materials in multiple verticals. Part of their expansion plans they are looking for a Head of Sales for their Food and Chemicals business unit.
The Head of Sales will be responsible for the expansion of the solution selling within their Food and Chemicals vertical, maintaining existent relationships and building new ones. He or she will oversee and manage sales performance, new customer acquisition and customer relations within its region. Fully accountable for the top line revenue and revenue growth.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate should have:
- 7 to 10 years of experience in a sales leadership role
- Preferred selling complex solutions into Food, Liquids or Chemicals environment
- Experience driving change in a growth environment
- Sense of urgency and ability to make tough decisions that will elevate the business to the next level
- Due to the nature of the position, experience working in Asia, including Japan, Korea, Taiwan, and all Southeast Asian countries would be ideal
- Experience working across multiple countries
What's on Offer
Our client is growing in the containers business globally and is providing a leadership role in fast pace environment. The salary package for this position could reach SGD 150,000 basic for the selected candidate.
