About Our Client
A newly created strategic role as the Head of Business Analytics and Operations has arisen with a leading face to face marketing MNC that serves clients across commercials to NGOs industries to drive business strategic planning and operational excellence.
Reporting to the General Manager, you will analyze strategically the operations data and generate business intelligence strategies and value propositions for clients. You will also lead a team of operation executives and drive continuous improvement.
You will do up the overall business design phase with internal and external stakeholders, business project manager and product owner. You will also challenge business users on their assumptions of how they will successfully execute their plans and how the services provided by the company could value add to the clients' business profitability.
The Successful Applicant
You should have a Degree, with at least 5 years within services industry or operations environment. Having worked within a telecommunications or financial services industry background is a plus.
You should be well-verse in strategically converting primary data into meaningful results for clients engaging the organisation services, providing consultative solutions through systematic and quantitative methodology. People management and continuous improvement experience are also essential for this role.
