About Our Client
Our client is a listed MNC within real estate space. As part of its ongoing commitment to improve its business functions, there is now an exciting opportunity for a high calibre professional to be part of their exciting business as Finance Process Analyst.
Reporting to the Finance Director, you will be responsible for the process mapping and business process re engineering for the finance function. You will be assigned projects to document, enhance, improve and streamline processes and procedures, eliciting useful and harmful attributes and facilitate stakeholders groups to consensus regarding re-engineering finance processes. You will be working very closely with all stakeholders across finance, IT and relevant commercial leaders to map business needs with system work flow and enhance visibility of financial performance to the Senior Management. You will also be identifying the best practices within the organisation and continuously seek improvement and optimisation of existing and new processes and procedures.
The Successful Applicant
Degree qualified in accounting or finance, you have at least 5 years of relevant working experience in financial systems, have a strong track record of running projects and understanding of general finance systems or applications. Good knowledge of process mapping and business process re-engineering. Oracle Hyperion Finance system knowledge is required. You are an independent self-starter with strong cross-functional teamwork skills. A business and end-user focused individual, you also possess strong communication skills. The ability to be "hands-on" is crucial in this role.
