About Our Client
Our client is a fast growing business with aggressive growth plans globally, expanding rapidly into new markets and establishing strong partnerships. There is now an exciting opportunity for a high calibre and seasoned professional to spearhead their talent strategies as the Director, Talent Acquisition.
Leading the Talent Acquisition team, you will work closely with the key business leaders in strategizing their talent management initiatives on all fronts. You will design and introduce new initiatives on building and identifying strong talent pipeline as the business expands into new markets. You will structure their talent acquisition framework and process flow, ensuring strong employer branding and manpower planning. You will play a key role in driving executive level recruitment to attract top talents to build their country leadership teams. Driving a high performance culture, you will also have responsibilities over succession planning and talent development to achieve overall organisational effectiveness.
The Successful Applicant
You should ideally have at least 10 years of relevant experiences with key focus in talent acquisition. You are a proven leader with strong career track to drive both strategies and executive level recruitment globally. You are highly independent, adaptable and versatile to work in a fast paced business that is growing aggressively. To be highly successful in this role, you should possess strong leadership abilities, excellent business acumen and negotiation skills to lead, influence and engage with the business leaders from across the globe.
