Operating in Singapore, the digital marketing growth manager will own customer acquisition, on-boarding, and retention will be key drivers to success.
Knowledge & proficiency in online customer engagement & brand visibility are a must.
The digital marketing manager will be a key part of a driven marketing team, able to drive consistent user engagement and growth through adept use of digital marketing tool sets and platforms.
Your actions will driven through data analytics, with high appetite for trying new ideas and action plans with ROIs always in mind. Concrete digital marketing through actionable data analytics is your mantra.
In addition to the above, the successful applicant will:
- Adventurous data leader - You are fluent in data analytics, with appetite for user growth through results-led experimentation
- Be a relationship driver - You own external B2B relationships, able to source the best deals for the best returns
- Own your desk - Ability to take ownership and initiative in cross-team projects
- Be fast & experimental - Unafraid to think out of the box, act and react rapidly, always in search of the best way to reach, attract, and on-board the customer
The Successful Applicant
- Minimum 4 years of Digital Marketing experience
- Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business, or a relevant discipline
- Appetite for Calculated Risk - Data-driven action plans from inception to scaling up
- Proven record of successful regional digital marketing campaigns, with user growth numbers and KPIs front and centre at all times
- Experience in performance and analytical tools (Ie: Google adwords & Google Analytics)
