About Our Client
Our client is a leading ecommerce set up that is backed by an established group. They are looking for CRM specialist to head the CRM function within the APAC region.
As a CRM specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Designing, building and continuously improving customer lifecycle to acquire and engage customers
- Working closely with the marketing teams on strategy and increasing awareness.
- Negotiating and capitalising on external technological platforms that complement existing setup with automation capabilities
- Establishing systems and processes to continually test and optimise content delivery methods across various channels and platforms.
- Working along with the Stakeholders to ensure organization objectives are in line with the present strategy.
The Successful Applicant
As a successful applicant you will have a Bachelor's degree in IT field or related disciple with extensive experience within the CRM space and has worked with the digital marketing teams along with customer acquisition and retention strategies.
You will also have experience in managing CRM programs with strong analytical and problem solving skills.
