About Our Client
Our client is a global leader within the engineering space, providing solutions to multiple firms across the entire globe. With revenues in billions of dollars and over 10,000 employees, they are currently facing steady growth across the region. Partnering with us, they are currently looking for a Country HR Manager to be part of their team and lead them through HR transformation.
Reporting to the Regional HR Leader, your role encompasses the full spectrum of Human Resources, ensuring efficient execution of duties for their Singapore workforce. You will work closely with the business partners as well as the shared service teams to deliver the full employee life cycle activities such as on and off boarding, compensation & benefits, performance management and union relations. You will also initiate continuous improvements to HR operational work flow to improve efficiency and productivity and provide necessary human capital insights to the business stakeholders.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate should come with a minimum of 10 years of HR experience, equipped with a degree in Human Resources or its equivalence. The successful candidate should have possess strong manufacturing backgrounds with great exposure to dealing and managing unions. They are looking for someone who possesses strong interpersonal skills and is able to deal with different levels of stakeholders with the ability to be hands-on at the same time. The candidate should have the ability to be hands-on while at the same time to look at things at a strategic level to ensure the human capital success of the organisation.
