About Our Client
Our client is a rapidly growing e-commerce business providing a wide range of products and services and targeted at small enterprises and individuals. They have been aggressively expanding their global presence and entering into partnerships, creating a strong influence in the market. With their growth focus in Asia, they are now looking for a Country HR Business Partner to lead their Singapore business.
As a lead HR business partner to the Singapore Management team, you will play an advisory role on all human capital matters in Singapore. You will design long term HR strategies and provide practical medium term solutions to meet business goals. Key to your success will be your ability to engage the senior leaders on a strategic level whilst retaining the oversight role on HR operational matters. You have the entrepreneurial mind-set to drive best practices and adapt their HR framework alongside the rapid growth of the business.
The Successful Applicant
You are a Degree qualified individual with at least 8 years of HR experience in a fast paced and constantly changing environment. A culturally sensitive and mature individual, you have demonstrated a track record in being a strong leader with the ability to influence and drive changes and to work with senior management. You should be dynamic and ambitious with the vision to succeed further into a regional capacity in the near future. Strong proficiency in mandarin is highly advantageous as the business is focusing on growth in the China market.
