About Our Client
Our client is a successful, global technology business who believe that technology can enhance and improve the lives of billions of people around the world. They are going through an exciting period of change around their brand in market and product development which should see significant growth in the business over the next 5 years. They are headquartered in Europe with a regional head office in Singapore, but looking to expand their local teams within the Asia region.
The business focus is now moving to a change in their product range and also how they market their brand and products in market, so it is an excellent time to change a business who are forward thinking and genuinely focused on the development of digital
This is a newly created role in Manila that will report to the GM Country Philippines, with a dotted reporting line to the Regional Marketing Head in the APAC head office where you will define and execute country marketing strategy.
You will be responsible for leading all marketing activities in Philippines for the brand ensuring short and long term business targets are met, and involve the management of a considerable budget. The focus will be on taking global strategies and consumer centric campaigns and ensuring they are successfully executed in local markets, with a strong emphasis on digital marketing.
This is a trusted heritage brand, who are going through an exciting period of change, so you will be responsible for bringing innovative ideas to the business and being focused on the consumers and channels you are targeting in order to achieve the business growth required.

- Digital Marketing
- Channel & Customer Marketing,
- Go to market execution
- Activations Marketing
- PR, utilising an external agency
- Product/Portfolio management
- Team management
The Successful Applicant
You will be a generalist marketer with a min of 10 years experience in marketing within Philippines, with a strong focus on digital marketing and a passion for technology. This is a role which will suit a dynamic, entrepreneurial driven individual who is looking to work in an emerging business where you really will be able to add value.
Key previous experience includes:
- Customer focus and driving consumer programs
- Brand transformation
- Digital marketing experience is essential
- Ideally experience of working with a global brand
- Track record of delivering results in complex and dynamic environments.
- An analytical mind and able to use product, trends, and competitor analytics.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to across regional teams
