About Our Client
Our Client is a highly regarded multinational in the Consulting industry with an enviable client portfolio. Due to existing business needs, they are currently seeking a Contracts Analyst to be part of the team.
You will assist the Contracts Manager to manage the legal and contractual aspects of commercial/ business contracts for the Asia region. Key responsibilities would include negotiating with clients to ensure the protection and maximization of the company's interests and drafting, reviewing and providing sound advice on contract terms and conditions.
The Successful Applicant
You ideally have 1 - 3 years of contracts/ legal experience gained at a law firm or a reputable company. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply as well. A self-motivated and meticulous individual, you possess excellent multi-tasking skills, stakeholder management and negotiation skills as well as strong business acumen. Bilingual proficiency in Bahasa and English is an added advantage due to the regional scope.
