About Our Client
Our client is one of the worlds largest distribution and logistics firms operating in more than 2000 locations globally with an international headcount of around 50,000 employees. This dynamic and innovative firm has been at the forefront of training and development programs to allow them better understand the requirements of each individual employee to maximise potential.
This role is a critical position to allow for Senior Management to fully understand the training and development requirements to ensure employees receive the support and development they need to complete their responsibilities and to further their career.
This role will involve a large degree of Senior Stakeholder engagement allowing you as the successful applicant to make a real impact on the training and development programs.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelors Degree in Human Resource (or related field)
- At least 3 - 5 year's talent management experience
- Outspoken and able to work well with senior management
- Good communication skills
