About Our Client
Our Client is a highly well-respected organisation with a long and continuing track record of success and reputation as a market leader. Due to continuing business needs, there currently exists a great opportunity for an ICSA qualified professional to join their Corporate Secretarial team.
Working as part of a team, you will provide company secretarial assistance and support to the Group of companies and ensuring that the Company's corporate governance directives and guidelines are adhered to. Your portfolio includes maintaining statutory books, organizing, preparing agendas and taking minutes of board meetings as well as guiding the more junior members in the day-to-day work.
The Successful Applicant
You are ICSA qualified with at least 5 years of relevant experience gained in a multinational. A meticulous team player, you possess excellent organisational skills and the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines. Knowledge in Mandarin will be an added advantage given the coverage of the role.
