About Our Client
Our client is one of the world's most recognisable Oil & Gas firm with operations across the world. They have over 2,200 onshore employees globally with a current asset in the value of billions of dollars. With Singapore being set up as the global headquarter, they are currently partnering with us to looking for a new assistant HR manager to join their team on a permanent basis.
Reporting to the Head of HR, you will work closely with him in the development and implementation of HR strategy for manpower planning, employment regulatory compliance, compensation and benefits review and to assist with the execution of business expansion plans in the region. You will be responsible to lead the HR Team in the full spectrum of HR activities, including talent development, employee engagement, recruitment, training and payroll management.
The Successful Applicant
Ideally, you are Diploma/ Degree qualified in Business Management or HRM, with at least 5-7 years post-graduation experience, gained in a multinational environment. To be highly successful in this role, you should be a dynamic individual that has demonstrated a track record in working well as a team player, possess the mental agility to analyse problems, have the creativity to suggest improvements and the flexibility to adapt to change.
