Due to business growth in APAC, there is now an opportunity for a motivated Talent Development professional to join the team.
Reporting to the Asia Pacific Talent Development Director, you will work very closely with the teams across the APAC region and you will play a central role in the organization, managing and facilitation of all the training activities. You will provide development and training support to the TD team and business regionally for all training activities. Working with the Talent Development team, you will design, develop and implement Training Curricula for the Asia Pacific offices. Additionally, you will conduct eTrainings and Classroom training specific soft-skills and compliance.
The Successful Applicant
You should be an HR Professional with prior experience in a Talent Development function with a focus on Sales Training. To be successful in this role, you must be organized and with strong project management skills with the ability to multi-task effectively. Additionally, you come with highly developed database/systems skills with a demonstrated ability to understand Sales and technical training. It would be an additional asset to have prior experience in Training delivery.
