About Our Client
Our client is one of the most reputable organisation in the business services space. Due to their continuous commitment to expand their business, they are now partnering with us to recruit a compensation & benefits analyst to join their team.
Reporting to the Country Manager, you will be involved with internal support to business. You will be responsible with the preparation of standard analysis of templates. You will be involved in the planning, reviewing and implementation of performance appraisal and promotion exercises, participate in market remuneration and benefits surveys, prepare manpower budget and assist in cross border/international assignments from a compensation design and administration perspective.
The Successful Applicant
The successful applicant should be a degree qualified HR professional, with at least 3 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits. You should be equipped with strong foundations of compensation practices, legislation and trends. You are results-driven, meticulous, hands-on and confident to provide advice. To be highly successful, you must be able to perform as an effective communicator and possess strong influencing skills.
