Reporting to the HR Director for APAC, you will be responsible for overseeing the compensation & benefits side of work within the organization. Reviewing and formulating multiple policies and conducting feasibilities studies for upcoming mergers & acquisitions.
As the Senior Compensation Analyst your main duties will be to assist will full-spectrum of compensation duties. You will sit within the Centre of Excellence for this large multinational reporting to the Assistant GM for Human Capital. This is a critical position for this company and with a very large headcount cross multiple units in Singapore.
