Understanding the Jobs Bank for your business
It's been almost 2 years now since the WDA first launched the Jobs Bank and introduced the Fair Consideration framework. The changes, aimed at strengthening Singapore's core, required businesses looking to hire foreign workers to advertise on a central job portal before they could successfully apply for an Employment Pass (EP).
