Managing Director, Singapore

Tulika is currently Managing Director of Michael Page’s operations in Singapore, where she is responsible for all specialist disciplines. She was previously Executive Director for Michael Page Geneva, managing all Michael Page activities in the French part of Switzerland. Prior to this, she worked within M&A Consulting at Andersen Worldwide as well as in relationship management at HSBC and was the Head of Marketing and Strategy for the Swiss Management and Trust Group. Tulika possesses degree qualifications in Economics as well as an MBA.

Lyn Sze Wee,
Managing Consultant

Lyn Sze joined Michael Page in 2004 and she specialises in recruiting senior professionals in the sales & marketing, human resources and legal sectors. She was previously Manager of the Sales & Marketing team in Singapore recruiting across the industrial, technology, telecommunication and consumer goods industries. Prior to Michael Page, she has been involved with various aspects of regional sales and marketing functions in the banking and e-commerce sectors. Lyn Sze possesses a Bachelor of Laws (LLB Hons) from the University of Bristol, England.

Mark is currently Associate Director for Michael Page Hong Kong with a focus on the Financial Services Sector. He has worked at Michael Page International for 8 years with experience in both the Melbourne and Hong Kong markets. Currently, he specialises in the recruitment of senior professionals in the Banking and Financial Services sector. Mark qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1999 and worked for five years with PricewaterhouseCoopers in the Audit and Transactional Services Groups.

Andrew Chang,
Associate Director, Beijing

Andrew is responsible for Michael Page International’s Beijing office and specialises in executive level assignments across Northern China. Andrew has 12 years of recruitment experience and was previously the Head of Resourcing for an international investment bank in Singapore. Prior to this he was instrumental in setting up Michael Page’s Shanghai office in 2003 and initially joined the company in 2000, working in Hong Kong.
